  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°c.

2. Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
