- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken tenders.
- Set Up Dredging Stations: In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
