Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken tenders.
  2. Set Up Dredging Stations: In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge the Chicken: Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  4. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
