Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface. Use a round cutter (or a glass) to cut out circles of dough that are slightly larger than the muffin tin cups.
  3. Form the Cupcakes: Gently press each dough circle into the greased muffin tin, making sure to press up the sides to create a cup shape.
  4. Fill the Cups: Add about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each dough cup. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add pepperoni slices or your favorite toppings, and top with a little more cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
